We want you to love your Tinytashans purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags attached
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Not eligible for return:

• Innerwear, socks, or other hygiene-sensitive items (adjust to your catalogue)
• Items marked "final sale" or bought during clearance
• Products damaged due to misuse

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email [email address] or use "Request Return" on your order page within 7 days of delivery
2. Our team confirms eligibility and shares pickup/drop-off instructions
3. Once the item passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange is processed

Refunds

• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item)

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund is issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
